So I’ve been trying to wake up at 6am recently to hit the gym at about 6:15am. Yesterday I was able to wake up at 6:30, but no workout. Today I had my alarm set for 6am, and got out of bed to turn it off, then I proceeded to lay in bed for the next hour dosing instead of going to the gym. I am disappointed with myself because I know that 1) the gym isn’t busy at 6am so I will like going, and 2) I was awake and had my stuff ready so I should have went. I’m so frustrated with myself! I’m going to start making weekly fitness plans, to mix up my schedule but also because that way I will be stoked for my workouts that I have planned for that week! Hopefully this keeps me motivated. My goal is to lose at least 10lbs, hopefully reaching 15lbs if I can commit to a well balanced routine. Wish me luck!
blah, I feel so crappy about my body lately. All I wanna do is get up early and run but my job is so boring that I’m afraid that I will fall asleep at work! Any tips/ways to stay motivated? I’m going to try moving my alarm clock across the room for tomorrow and hopefully I will get my butt out of bed! I’ve been eating well, its the working out aspect that is a challenge for me to do right now wahhhhh!
Good start to the week/summer. First beginners yoga class at the gym last night was so relaxing with just the right amount of soreness this morning. Then went on a 4km run tonight after dinner!
Cut up all my celery, carrots and chicken for the week. Also boiled three eggs; one for every day. All set for my first week of work!
Dinner: tilapia, 2 tomatoes with basil, parsley and garlic, corn and spinach. mmmmm
